Over the past few weeks, I've received a ton of"notes" about the 25 random things feature that's on FaceBook. I ignored the first 50, but then one day i decided to read one and it totally caught my interest... so, of course i had to do one... so, i'll share!

1. I eat in my sleep

Blueberry Banana Muffins
* Vegetable oil cooking spray
* 1 large egg
* 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
* 2 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk
* 1/2 cup oat bran
* 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
* 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
* salt teaspoon 1/4
* 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (about 3 medium)
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, unsweetened
* 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest (optional)
