LOL, I'm sorry but what an idiot. A dude named Devin (I won't out him too bad here), decided to do donuts on the effing highway like a physcho path..I say as I don't know if I just spelled psycho correctly. Anyways, a warrant was out for his arrest after he was videotaped doing 360-degree donuts on Interstate 94 so the idiot turned himself in LOL.
